Problem
Let’s see this…
You decide to go for a movie and you’re ready to see Avenger’s End Game. you’re about to reach the theatre, But
BAM!!!
It’s your fuel indication which is showing a red light.
Or even worst
it’s 9 pm, you’re coming from the office and suddenly your car stops, It’s a flat tire. You’re alone and it’s not safe and you can’t see any garage or people around you.
You have two option :
- Either to tow your vehicle to the nearest garage
- Call family or Friend
Solution
This is where I came up with a solution
What if someone can bring petrol for you in 10 minutes?
What if the mechanic can come to your spot in 10 minutes?
Target Audience
- Let’s start with people who use personal transportation often — There are 65% of people who often use public transport.
- Who works till late night and travel alone — From the user interview I found out there are more 57% of people who work till late and then travel alone from office to home at night.
- Teenagers — You’re looking at your fuel arrow and think this is enough to petrol for 1 more day but your bike stops in the middle of the market. then you call your dad and he goes to the petrol station and bring a bottle of petrol for you and it usually takes at least1hr.

I did Primary & Secondary Research, wireframes, visual design.
Here is the design process...
Research
After online research, surveys, and talking to 5 people I came up with the following insights.
Insights
- There are 65% of people who use Personal transport on a daily basis.
- 40% of people are those who had got stuck while going somewhere because of not having enough petrol and 50% of people are the ones who have seen such a situation
- Usually, people look for a nearby petrol pump or call family/friends for help after getting into these situations.
- This is the interesting insight there are 55% of people who towed their vehicle to a nearby garage or home because of tire punctured and damage.
Personas
These are fictional personas based on real events. Which took place on 27 November 2019.
Secondary Research
It’s the 21st century but still, women are not safe still, they don’t feel safe after the dark.
Key Findings
- It was 27 November 2019, According to the recent report at around 6:15 p.m., after parking the scooter, the victim took a taxi to a dermatologist’s office in Hyderabad.
- She was working in Kollur village and her home was in Shamshabad. Which was the distance at 32.4Km
- She noticed the flat tire at 9:14 pm while going home, and made a call to her sister and told about the situation. As the distance was more and it was the night everyone got so worried.
- She went to the nearest toll for help, but they ambushed her.

Wireframe
Design
There are two services provided by HelpOut :
- Mechanic
- Fuel
If the user will choose the Mechanic, He will get two options “Walk” and “call me”
When the user will select “Walk”. It will show all the nearby garage and users will walk to the respective place after selecting basically like google map.
When the user will select “call me” he would be directed to the screen where he can select the vehicle and would be directed to the payment option.
If the user will choose Fuel, He will get two options “Walk” and “Bring it”
When the user will select “Walk”. It will show all the nearby petrol pump and the user will walk to the respective place after selecting basically like google map.
When the user will select “Bring it” he will be directed to the screen where he can select how many liters of petrol he wants and by confirming the order, address he will be directed to the payment option.
